Join us for a 4-hour interactive seminar designed to refresh, refine, and elevate your yoga teaching expertise. This continuing education workshop, held on Zoom, is perfect for yoga instructors who have completed a 200-hour teacher training, whether recently or years ago. Whether you’ve never taught a class, haven’t taught in a while, or want to enhance your teaching skills, this session is tailored to meet your needs. When: Saturday, January 25th, 12–4 PM (Zoom) Yoga Alliance Credits: Earn 4 continuing education hours Participants: Limited to 12 (future sessions may be added) This workshop will cover: How to confidently teach a Vinyasa yoga class, whether gentle flow or power flow Strategies for teaching private lessons or to specialized audiences Sequencing classes with intention and creativity Planning class music and themes to create a cohesive experience Offering effective cuing and safe, meaningful hands-on adjustments Expect an engaging and supportive environment where you’ll practice teaching with peers and receive personalized feedback. Come ready to move in comfortable clothing, and bring a notebook and pen for notes. After the workshop, you’ll receive a copy of the PowerPoint presentation for review and a link to the session recording.
