Whole Image Wellness and Synergy by Melissa are thrilled to host this 4-day, 3-night Yoga & Art Retreat in the Treasure State. The Retreat

For the second time, we are partnering with Savvy Synergy by Melissa to bring mental restoration and spiritual uplifting.  The Majestically Montana retreat will provide participants with two yoga classes daily and one art class each day. All meals--breakfast, lunch and dinner--will be home-cooked for you!  The location allows for a unique experience with the environment. Elk, deer, and big horn sheep may be seen within the mountain range.

Big Horn Lodge

There are five bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The living space has a spacious commercial kitchen, a great room with extended dining area, two conversation areas, a large stone fireplace, and a grand piano. Outdoor lawn games, hot tub, two canoes, and kayaks are available to use at your leisure. Sweeping views of the mountain and river will create the perfect backdrop for our yoga and art classes.

Located on five acres that borders National Forests, you will have plenty of room to explore. Hike the many surrounding trails, enjoy the hot tub, and end the day sitting by the fire pit. Lounge in a hammock or in the patio chairs, which are a great place to read a book or just take in the view. Guests who come out in the morning may see bald eagles fishing in the river, or otters floating along in the current.

Parking is available for those who choose to rent a vehicle.

What to Expect

Each day your hostess, Angelique, will lead you in a morning yoga class outdoors (weather permitting)
where you will be able to take in the scenery. Our morning classes will give us a great way to greet the
sun as it came up over the mountain. Yoga with Angelique is a gift to your body and mind. In the lodge in the evenings, we will practice Restorative Yoga which consists of long deep stretches, and guided meditation.

There will be two Art classes with your hostess, Melissa, who will begin with a warmup visualization and centering prior to introducing the colors and formatting of landscape paintings. Easels, brushes, paint, and all materials will be provided. Melissa introduces art therapy strategies with the creative flow to release any blockages preventing full artistic expression.

Our onsite home-chef will provide all meals daily. Guests are required to share any allergies or food sensitivities with registration. Menu will be provided before travel.

Visiting Montana in July temperatures range between mid-50s and mid-80s. Little to no rain is typical.

A packing list will be provided prior to travel.
